still present choking hazards to small children. Sugar and Spice Bows and Accessories is not responsible for injury caused by Sugar and Spice hair clips and accessories. Please directly supervise when
using our hair accessories on infants and toddlers.

Sugar and Spice guarantees our products 100%. If
you are not happy with your order, we will do whatever is necessary to make it
right. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund if you are not
satisfied for any reason. Please notify us within 30 days of the
receipt of your order so that we can correct the problem. Shipping is not refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing problem.
All of our products are beautifully handcrafted and made to order. Please note that there may be small variances from the product photos, due to supplier changes etc... In the event that a small substitution is required, the substitution will always be equal or greater.
Shipping Information
We use Canada Postal regular and express post service as our shipping carrier to
keep shipping costs low. Because our products are handmade,
we ask consumers to allow us 5-7 business days to assemble your
order. Please add appropriate shipping time to this timeframe
depending on carrier chosen. For custom orders, please allow extra
time as we may need to order supplies to create your one-of-a-kind
request!
