What are your shipping costs?
Shipping
is a flat rate of $3.00 per order anywhere in North
America.
Do you accept orders outside of North America?

How long will my order take to ship?
All in stock items will ship within two to three business days.
Custom orders will ship within three to four to business days.
How is my order
shipped?
To help keep
your shipping costs down orders are shipped by post within Canada and usually arrive within 7
days. Orders to the U.S.U.S.
are also shipped priority post by land or air at our discretion.

Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes,
after you place your order you will automatically receive an order
confirmation.
What payment do
we accept?
We accept Visa,
Mastercard, American Express, and Discover via PayPal. Your do not
have to have a PayPal account in oder to pay through PayPal. There are
no additional costs to pay through PayPal. We also accept money
orders. Please note that orders will be shipped after we have received the money order.
What is PayPal?
PayPal
is very secure large
online payment solution. You do not need to have a PayPal account to
pay through PayPal. You simply use one of your exsisting credit
cards. When you

What is the difference between The Grippy Clippy and The Grippy Clippy French?
The Grippy Clippy is a no slip 1 3/4" alligator clip that is great with holding back fine, small amounts of hair. They do work well in all hair types. The French Grippy Clippy is a 60mm in length and is great for older girls with more hair. Our French Grippy Clippies are no slip and
are great for fine hair.

Can I send an order to someone else as a gift?
Yes, You may enter the ship to address when you check out.
Who designs and makes the hair clips and accessories?
I
personally design and make each hair clip and accessory.
What do you recommend for fine hair?
For little girls I would recommend the Grippy
Clippy-Mini(1 ¼”) or Grippy Clippy(1 3/4”).
Both of these clips have a special grip stripe that will hold onto a
couple strands of hair, or even peach fuzz.
Our French Grippy Clippies also work well on fine hair, as they are also
no slip. They are ideal for someone who
has more hair fine or thick.
How do I submit a photo to the Cutie Gallery?
I
love receiving pictures of your child wearing “sugar” in her hair. Please e-mail me a picture to sugarandspicebows@hotmail.com and
it will be added to the “cutie” gallery.
What is the sizing on your headbands?
The
Lace Stretch Headband
will fit approx. a newborn baby up to a 12-month old baby. The Interchangeable Crochet Headband
will fit a 1-month old to 12-year old. The U-band(hard headband will fit a 2
year old - adult.
Are the ends of the ribbon treated to prevent fraying?
Yes, the
ends of all of my hair bows are heat sealed to prevent fraying.
How safe is my
private information?
We value our
customers and their privacy. All personal information is used to ensure
efficient processing of your order. This information is used by our staff for
contacting and identifying customers and their needs. We only ask you what we
need to know for shipping and payments. We don't need to know anymore than
that. The information that you provide is kept in strict confidentiality.
Can I mail in
my order?
Sure! Just
place your order through our shopping cart and when your order conformation is
emailed to you just print it and send it in with your payment.
What taxes do I have to pay when I order?
If you are
buying from the U.S or anywhere outside of Canada we do not charge you any
taxes. Your state may or may not charge taxes on your goods when you receive
them. Canadian residents will be charged 5% G.S.T. Ontario
residents will be charged 8% PST.
What is your
return policy?
Returns are
granted within 30 days of purchase date and must be returned undamaged, in
original packaging and not used. Refunds are granted for the full amount less
shipping and handling. Returns must be accompanied by an authorization # given
by us. Any other conditions outside these guidelines will not be accepted.
